LunarPages添加不了域名

在[[LunarPages]]主机中，有时可能添加域名成功后，网站可以访问，不过有时可能因为服务器的解析出现问题，从而导致网站有不能访问。如果删除之前绑定的域名，然后重新添加该域名可能会出现下面错误，

Bind reload skipped on hani (nameserver disabled) Bind reloading on ns2 using rndc zone: [main.com] Bind reloading on ns1 using rndc zone: [main.com] The subdomain, newadd.main.com has been added. 

Error from park wrapper: newadd.com is owned by another user. 

Removed newadd.main.com Server at line: 12728. Removed Entry from httpd.conf Bind reload skipped on hani (nameserver disabled) Bind reloading on ns2 using rndc zone: [main.com] Bind reloading on ns1 using rndc zone: [main.com] The subdomain, newadd.main.com has been removed.  那么该如何解决呢？我们可以联系客服帮吗解决，具体过程如下:

1、首先可以发邮件给他们客服，内容如下：

Hello！

When I add my domain XXX.com to my account ,it says "Error from park wrapper: XXX.com is owned by another user."Please help me to add XXX.com to my account .Thank you!

2、下面是他们给你的回信内容（仅供参考）：

If the domain has existed on any account on any server as a parked/primary or add on domain, this error will ALWAYS occur.

What happens, is when the domain is for example, parked on an account, it creates a DNS entry for the domain on our nameserver. Even if you remove the domain via cpanel, the DNS entry still remains. As a result, when you park the domain again, or try to create it as an add on, this WILL happen.

When you purchase an add on domain, if the domain has existed on any account on our servers, we will need to delete the DNS entries before you go through the frustration of enabling an add on domain or parking the domain again
