在2011年12月9日 (五) 07:12的最新修订版本

1、首先登陆GoDaddy账户,如图点击my renewals& upgrdes下的payments & renewing items

2、选中要退款的产品后点cancel item，再点Cancel Now 最后点save changes就可以了。

3、最后联系GoDaddy客服发ticket 说“I'm sorry but I have to request a refund of the canceled products . Thanks”类似的内容要求退款。

收到下面这个邮件说明已经帮你申请退款了,一般等5~7天可以收到退款

注意：

主机在5天内一定可以全额退款,超过5天退未使用天数的金额. (实际:多数人在一个月内可以得到全额退款)

ssl一经启用或者够买30天后不退款 (实际:多数可以得到退款)

域名注册5天内删除可以退款

主机随时可以退款,不论你用了3月还是半年（所以对于一些低价出售的GoDaddy产品要注意被恶意退款而被骗）.
